At Amenida, part of Prima Living and Primacorp, your role as a Registered Practical Nurse is critical. You'll deliver nursing care, administer medications, and assist residents with daily activities. This position promotes independence and well-being while maintaining high care standards and documentation accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care per established plans and standards
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor responses
• Assist residents with daily living activities
• Provide emotional support and education to families
• Maintain clear documentation in accordance with CNO guidelines
Requirements:
• Completion of a recognized Practical Nursing program
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• CPR Level C certification
• 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
