In this temporary full-time position, you'll work directly under the Director of Analytics & Insights. Your focus will be on integrated marketing campaigns designed to boost revenues and enhance supporter engagement. Collaborating with various teams, you will convert data into actionable insights while utilizing your skills in audience segmentation and campaign reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Measure integrated campaign performance across multiple media channels
• Analyze customer journeys and campaign ROI effectively
• Develop multi-touch attribution models for insights




• Design marketing testing frameworks and execute analyses
• Build dashboards to communicate performance to stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing Analytics, Marketing, or related field
• 3-5 years of performance marketing experience
• Proficient in digital analytics and campaign reporting
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4
• Robust communication skills for complex analyses
