In this casual role, you will implement established therapy programs under clinical supervision. You will engage in mobilization, exercise, and equipment maintenance while playing an essential role in patient recovery. Each action you take significantly contributes to their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out established therapy programs for residents
• Maintain inventories and clean therapy equipment
• Report on resident progress to therapists
• Ensure a safe and orderly working environment




• Engage in departmental feedback and quality improvement discussions

Requirements:
• Graduation from a Rehabilitation Assistant program or similar training
• Proven communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to manage and organize work tasks
• Physical capability to perform rehabilitation duties
• Experience in operating therapy-related equipment
