Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inquiries and complaints via phone and email
• Process endorsements, renewals, and cancellations as needed




• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions
• Support colleagues with guidance on policy rules
• Promote services to potential clients and meet sales goals

Requirements:
• AIC license (level one) is required
• Three years’ experience in insurance fields
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Intermediate MS Office proficiency
• French speaking is an asset
