Join Printing/Packaging Co. in Langley, BC as an IT Systems Specialist. This full-time, in office role is ideal for those passionate about IT in a hands-on manufacturing setting.

You will be a critical member of the IT team, assisting with day-to-day technology support across various locations. With your robust skills in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory, you will contribute significantly to ERP implementation. Communicating effectively and troubleshooting issues will be part of your daily contributions to maintain productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Offer daily support for Windows, Microsoft 365, and hardware issues
• Administer Active Directory for user management and permissions
• Support ERP users with technical inquiries and systems issues




• Manage Windows Server housekeeping and print services
• Oversee workstation lifecycle including imaging and deployment

Requirements:
• At least three years of experience in IT support
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365
• Strength in Windows Server management and networking
• Understanding of thermal printing and barcode systems
• Experience in food-safety controlled environments is a plus
