This part-time role focuses on working directly with children and youth experiencing developmental and mental health challenges. Key Responsibilities:
• Support children with mental health and developmental needs
• Implement personalized behavior management strategies
• Effectively communicate and document interactions
• Drive individuals to appointments and community activities
• Follow established care plans and safety guidelines

Requirements:
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License required
• Minimum one year of applicable experience
• First Aid and CPR Certification mandatory
• Positive Behaviour Management Training necessary
• Criminal Record Clearance essential
