Contribute to client well-being as an Awake Overnight Health Care Aide with The Compassion Network in Southwest Edmonton. Focus on 1-on-1, compassionate care to enrich lives during nightly shifts from 9 PM to 9 AM.

This role requires a multilingual Health Care Aide who can provide critical physical and emotional support to clients. You will be responsible for handling personal care tasks, household activities, and ensuring a secure workplace. Your skills will connect clients with a broader network of healthcare professionals, enhancing their overall quality of life and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide assistance with daily living activities
• Manage meal preparation and light cleaning duties
• Ensure safety throughout overnight hours




• Keep accurate records of client information
• Deliver all care services with compassion and professionalism

Requirements:
• Must have Health Care Aide (HCA) certification
• Current CPR/BCLS certification is necessary
• Ability to speak English and at least one other Asian language
• Basic computer literacy required for documentation
• At least 1 year experience in home care or mental health settings
