Key Responsibilities:
• Design plumbing and HVAC systems for buildings
• Lead mechanical design projects from concept to completion
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for solutions
• Develop and maintain engineering drawings in Revit
• Carry out load calculations and system sizing
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering and licensure preferred
• Minimum 5 years experience in building systems design
• Solid skills in Revit and common calculation tools
• Knowledge of ASHRAE and National Building Code
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts effectively
