Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee multiple Agile initiatives on time
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies like daily stand-ups and retrospectives
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on dependencies
• Monitor and report project progress and deliverables
• Identify issues and implement effective solutions
Requirements:
• 7+ years in project management roles
• 5 years of experience in Agile settings
• Knowledgeable in frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban
• Solid stakeholder management and communication skills
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification preferred
