Working with the HMR Leadership team, you'll organize events and administrative support while ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. Your flexible schedule will accommodate community needs during evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement engaging community programs
• Coach various sports and youth activities
• Ensure facility readiness and cleanliness




• Promote volunteerism and collaborate with local partners
• Construct and manage operational budgets

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma
• Minimum 2 years of experience in programming or administration
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Current First Aid and CPR certification is required
• Adherence to YMCA values and commitment to community service
