As an Active Living Aide, you will collaborate closely with the Active Living Manager to plan and implement recreational programs designed for elderly residents. Your role will include maintaining assessments of resident activities and ensuring effective communication with staff and families. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning and executing engaging resident programs
• Keep detailed records of assessments and resident participation
• Maintain communication about events with residents,



families, and volunteers
• Engage in continuous education on elderly care
• Support residents during outings and meal assistance

Requirements:
• Diploma in Recreation, Leisure Studies, or equivalent
• Experience in leading fitness sessions for seniors
• Previous experience with elderly populations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Class 4 or Class F driver's license required
