This role provides HR guidance on policies and conflict resolution while supporting key initiatives that strengthen organizational culture. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day HR support and coaching
• Resolve employee relations matters and conduct investigations
• Assist leaders in performance management strategies
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and offboarding activities
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance in HR records
Requirements:
• 4+ years of progressive HR experience in healthcare
• Knowledge of labor laws and collective agreements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• CHRP designation or progress towards it is advantageous
