Key Responsibilities:
• Fabricate components from sketches and designs
• Weld intricate parts using various techniques




• Install and repair components directly on boats

• Drive company vehicles while handling mobile gear

Requirements:
• Red Seal welder or comparable experience
• Solid skills in MIG, TIG, SMAW, and FCAW
• Willingness to engage in physically strenuous activities
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Comfort in working in confined spaces
