As part of Aldaview Services, you will provide support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, focusing on their personalized needs. This position involves working overnight shifts, fostering a solid community connection for clients, and reporting directly to the Program Manager. Engage in activities that promote social well-being and emotional resilience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support clients in daily activities and routines
• Facilitate independent living skills for individuals
• Report on client progress and needs to management




• Provide a safe and positive environment for development
• Encourage client participation in community activities

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in social services is preferred
• Current certification in CPR and Emergency First Aid
• Must possess a valid G driver's license
• Experience with dual diagnosis supportive roles is a plus
• Excellent communication and advocacy skills
