School District No. 91 (Nechaco Lakes) is hiring Casual Administrative Assistants in the Burns Lake area. Engage in various clerical and administrative functions to support schools.

This casual role, with no guaranteed hours, will see you assisting schools like Granisle, Grassy Plains, Decker Lake, and Francois Lake. You’ll need a Grade 12 certificate and relevant experience in an office workplace, especially within schools. Key duties include managing reception, maintaining office records, and executing correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Complete filing, photocopying, and record keeping tasks
• Type correspondence, newsletters, and official reports
• Oversee reception and manage confidential data




• Monitor fax communications and other office tasks
• Provide basic bookkeeping support as necessary

Requirements:
• Grade 12 completion (Dogwood Certificate)
• Administrative Assistant or Applied Business Technology certification
• One year of relevant office experience preferred
• WHMIS 2015 certification and safety procedure familiarity
• Must pass a Criminal Record Check through CRRP
