Become an Estimator at O'Dell HVAC Group in Ottawa, specializing in HVAC equipment support. This role involves accurate takeoffs, pricing preparation, and vendor communication.

As a member of our Sales team, you'll report directly to the Regional Sales Manager. You’ll play a key role in reviewing tender forms and specifications, producing bills of materials, and preparing pricing for ventilation products. Effective collaboration with manufacturers and internal teams will be essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze tender forms and construction drawings
• Deliver accurate takeoffs and pricing to the Sales team
• Generate quotations through NetSuite ERP software




• Prepare submittal packages for awarded projects
• Maintain positive communication with team members and vendors

Requirements:
• Mechanical Technology or Engineering diploma required
• Experience in construction sales is beneficial
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP experience is a plus
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Valid passport for travel to manufacturer sites
