As Baldwin Farms gears up for the 2026 sugarbeet harvest, we are in need of qualified truck and semi drivers to join our team. The harvest will run for two to three weeks based on weather conditions, and a valid driver’s license is required. This unique chance allows drivers to work while enjoying nearby accommodations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Transport sugarbeets from fields to storage locations
• Drive safely across various terrain and conditions
• Complete vehicle maintenance checks as required
• Communicate effectively with team members for coordination
