You take ownership of the systems you manage

You're hands‑on, curious, and naturally inclined to ask: “How can we make this work better?”

Proven experience administering Windows Server environments, including configuration, patching, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance

Strong experience with Active Directory and Group Policy, including user and group administration, permissions, organizational units, and policy‑based configuration

Practical experience administering Microsoft 365, including user and license management, Exchange Online, identity and access, and troubleshooting core M365 services

Strong PowerShell skills, with experience developing and maintaining scripts to automate administration, provisioning, monitoring, reporting, and repetitive operational tasks

Hands‑on experience with VMware and/or Hyper‑V, including virtual machine provisioning, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting

Experience supporting backup and recovery environments, including monitoring backup jobs, investigating failures, performing restores, and contributing to disaster recovery processes

Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, with experience troubleshooting TCP/IP, VPN, firewall, and infrastructure connectivity issues

Experience with infrastructure monitoring and system maintenance,

with the ability to identify and address performance, availability, and capacity issues proactively

Strong troubleshooting and root‑causal analysis skills, with the ability to investigate complex issues across multiple systems and drive them through to resolution

Working knowledge of IT infrastructure security practices, including access control, patch management, secure configuration, and system hardening

Strong documentation and communication skills, with the ability to maintain technical documentation and work effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
