• Accurately process various customer payment methods
• Maintain organized records of unapplied cash
• Follow up with customers regarding payment statuses

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years' experience in an accounts receivable role
• ERP or accounting software experience preferred
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required
• Strong organizational and customer service skills
