Key Responsibilities:
• Answer guest and travel partner inquiries by phone and email
• Build rapport and convert inquiries into bookings
• Sell hotels, packages, and services, identifying upsell opportunities
• Process reservations,



payments, and confirmations accurately
• Work closely with Front Office and booking partners to fulfill guest needs

Requirements:
