In this permanent, full-time position, you will play a crucial role in facilitating experiences that allow participants to pursue personal goals and enhance their quality of life. You’ll lead tailored programs and collaborate with team members to support various activities of daily living, focusing on individual needs. Your work will truly make a difference in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain an inclusive and welcoming program space
• Aid participants with daily living tasks
• Implement and assess individualized goal plans
• Facilitate energetic, person-centered programs
• Engage in community-based outreach activities
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in areas such as Therapeutic Recreation
• 1-2 years of experience in related settings
• Proven ability in client-centered program design
• Good driving record and valid driver’s license
• Clear criminal and medical records
