In this position, you'll apply your P.Eng expertise to carry out structural analyses and prepare detailed CAD drawings for renovations and new builds. Engage in in office inspections to ensure adherence to local building codes and the principles of safe design, contributing to effective project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute structural analysis and calculations for residential work
• Create and review engineering drawings via CAD
• Conduct inspections across various project sites
• Design elements for wood, concrete, and steel structures
• Collaborate with clients and contractors for successful project delivery
Requirements:
• P.Eng certification active in Ontario
• 4–15 years of experience in structural engineering
• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Familiarity with Ontario Building Codes
• Valid driver's license with vehicle access
