Become a Service Lead at Albreda Lodge, part of Mike Wiegele Helicopter Skiing in beautiful Blue River, BC. You'll lead Front of House teams to provide exceptional guest service while ensuring the lodge operates smoothly.

This full-time seasonal position will have you guiding both staff and service operations under the direction of the Lodge Manager. Your responsibilities include maximizing customer satisfaction, managing inventory, and fostering a welcoming environment for guests. Developing strong relationships with both staff and guests is key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day Front of House operations and staff management
• Ensure high standards of food and beverage quality and presentation
• Collect and analyze guest satisfaction data to improve service




• Create engaging guest activities to enhance their stay
• Mentor and train staff to maintain exceptional service levels

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of serving experience in high-end hospitality
• High school diploma or equivalent, FoodSafe Certification
• Proven leadership skills and ability to handle guest inquiries
• Solid working knowledge of hospitality standards
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules throughout the season
