In this integral position, you will directly assist the Vice President of the Complex Risks Unit. Responsibilities include maintaining client records, facilitating communication, and overseeing the accuracy of policy documents. Your role is key in ensuring high standards in client service across our accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Set up digital and physical client files effectively
• Support clients with renewal packages and inquiries
• Proofread and calculate premiums for accuracy




• Track invoicing and manage account receivables
• Respond to information requests from third parties

Requirements:
• Must possess a valid RIBO license
• Minimum 2 years in commercial insurance
• Experience with digital insurance management systems
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong negotiation and client service aptitude
