• Provide support via the dedicated 1-800 line on schedule
• Administer compensation for all distribution channels accurately
• Maintain systems with accurate producer compensation details
• Process compensation adjustments and administer various requests
• Resolve daily compensation inquiries to meet service standards
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient with Word and Excel, keyboarding skills
• Bilingual (French) skills are an asset
