This is an on-site position at our production-focused facility in Toronto.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead vehicle inspections and manage daily operations
• Ensure vehicles meet quality standards before retail
• Collaborate with production and logistics teams
• Establish and monitor department KPIs
• Support hiring and team development initiatives
Requirements:
• Minimum 5–7 years in the automotive field
• Leadership experience in similar roles
• Solid grasp of diagnostics and repair processes
• 310S License or equivalent hands-on experience
• Solid problem-solving and time-management skills
