Become a key player at Mount Washington Alpine Resort as a Level 3 or 4 Snowboard Instructor & Trainer. This full-time role blends snowboarding lessons with staff training from December to April.

At Mount Washington, we cherish teamwork and adventure. The ideal candidate will conduct training sessions, shadow instructors, and ensure high-quality guest service for all ages. You'll also develop individual training plans and support operational protocols while enjoying a agile outdoor work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver staff training sessions based on operational needs
• Lead daily morning meetings during training periods
• Maintain accurate logs for training and shadowing activities




• Develop individual training plans for staff development
• Provide snowboard lessons as required during training

Requirements:
• Minimum Level 3 CASI certification with Evaluator status
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Experience working with children and in training roles
• Valid criminal record check required
