We are seeking a motivated and dependable Window Cleaner/Driver to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of commercial and residential windows while safely operating company vehicles to reach various job sites. Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport cleaning equipment to designated locations
- Perform window cleaning and pressure washing tasks using hand tools, power tools, and specialized cleaning solutions to achieve clean results
- Use various tools such as squeegees, scrapers, brushes, and extension poles to access hard-to-reach windows
- Conduct facilities maintenance tasks related to cleaning and custodial duties within client premises
- Ensure all cleaning activities meet safety standards and client specifications while maintaining a professional appearance
- Communicate effectively with company and clients to address concerns or questions
- Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled jobs within designated timeframes, prioritizing urgent requests when necessary
Experience
- Previous window cleaning experience preferred, including experience with poles
- Familiarity with hand tools, pressure washer, and cleaning equipment used in facilities maintenance
- Strong communication and attention to service
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and work independently
- Physical capability for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or walking during work shifts
