Summary

- Location: Montreal (Day 1 onboarding onsite/in office presence 3x/week)

Responsibilities

- Manage patching and software deployment activities using Microsoft SCCM.
- Troubleshoot the Windows Server Operating System and perform analysis during incidents.
- Develop PowerShell scripts to automate and improve patching execution and reporting to meet SLAs.
- Contribute to regional and global projects, bringing your experience to the team.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in patching and software deployment using Microsoft SCCM.
- Ability to troubleshoot Windows Server Operating System.
- Experience in developing PowerShell scripts for automation purposes.
- Conceptual understanding of Active Directory,



DNS, and DHCP roles.
- Documentation authoring experience.
