Paramount Protections is a growing security solutions company serving residential and commercial clients throughout the Greater Toronto Area. We specialize in security window film, solar control film, privacy film, glass fortification, reinforced doors and windows, and other physical security solutions.
We are looking for a skilled and dependable Window Film Installer to join our team.
Position Overview The successful candidate will be responsible for professionally installing architectural window film in residential and commercial environments.
Our primary focus is security and safety film, including heavy-gauge films such as 15mil SafetyShield G2, along with exterior security film, solar film and privacy film.
Responsibilities
- Install security, safety, solar and privacy window films
- Prepare and thoroughly clean glass prior to installation
- Accurately measure and cut film
- Complete clean, contamination-free film installations
- Install security film on windows, doors and large glass panels
- Perform edge-sealing and structural attachment systems where required
- Apply structural wet glaze systems for security film installations
- Remove existing film when necessary
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Protect customers’ floors, walls, furniture and property during installation
- Inspect completed work for quality before leaving the site
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors and commercial clients
- Properly maintain installation tools and equipment
Qualifications Preferred candidates will have previous window film installation experience.
Experience with any of the following is an asset:
- Architectural window film
- Security/safety film
- Solar control film
- Privacy/decorative film
- Automotive tint
- Heavy-gauge security films
- Structural silicone or wet glaze attachment systems
- Commercial glazing or glass installation

- Professional when working inside customers’ homes and businesses
- Able to work from ladders when required
- Able to lift and handle large rolls of window film and installation equipment
- Willing to travel throughout the GTA

Experience Window film installation: 1+ year preferred
Experienced architectural or automotive film installers are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with strong installation or glazing backgrounds who are interested in learning security film installation will also be considered.
