- Meet defined growth and sales objectives yearly
- Generate and follow up on new customer leads
- Oversee retention and growth of a personal lines portfolio
- Perform coverage reviews and manage client policy updates
- Assist with Autopac transactions and miscellaneous duties Requirements:
- Two years managing a Personal Lines book preferred
- Level 2 or 3 Manitoba Insurance License required
