As a Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and providing tailored mobile service solutions to meet client needs. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced telecommunications environment.
Responsibilities
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate wireless service recommendations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Achieve sales targets through effective prospecting, follow-up, and closing techniques.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing market share.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market demands to inform product development.
Experience
- Previous experience in telecom service and retail sales is preferred but not required; we welcome candidates with a strong desire to learn.
- Fluent Cantonese and Mandarin speaking is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with clients.
- Solid problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think critically under pressure.
- A positive attitude, proactive, resilience, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are key attributes for success in this role.
