About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Systems Analyst to support and enhance our HR systems landscape. This role will focus on platforms such as Tempus, Varicent, and Workday, along with integrations across enterprise systems. Integrations are primarily managed via Workato (connecting Workday and other systems), alongside direct and indirect integrations with SAP (including Varicent).

The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who is comfortable working with complex data, supporting operational issues, and contributing to ongoing system improvements and projects.

Responsibilities:

- Support day-to-day operations of HR systems, including Tempus, Varicent, and Workday
- Triage, prioritize, and troubleshoot issues reported by business stakeholders
- Analyze complex datasets to identify discrepancies and support issue resolution
- Perform cross-system data validation by comparing reports to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate with technical teams to investigate and resolve system and integration issues
- Support ongoing projects, including system enhancements and process improvements





Qualifications:

- Working knowledge of HR systems
- Solid critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex data scenarios
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (data analysis, formulas, reporting) and/or SQL
- Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving data or system-related issues
- Ability to effectively triage and prioritize competing requests
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams

Nice to have:

- Experience with HR platforms such as Workday, Tempus, Varicent, or similar systems
- Familiarity with integrations using Workato or similar iPaaS tools
- Experience with SAP integrations, including systems such as Varicent
- Experience in report validation and cross-system reconciliation
- Exposure to compensation systems (e.g., Varicent)
- Experience supporting system implementations or enhancements
- Ability to create training materials and knowledge transfer documentation
