We're partnering with a large Canadian healthcare organization undergoing a major transformation initiative, including a multi-wave Workday HCM & Payroll implementation. The program will support approximately 200,000 employees, bringing multiple healthcare organizations onto a unified Workday platform while standardizing processes and systems, with the wider transformation running through 2029.
We're seeking a Workday Security Architect to provide architecture and technical leadership across Workday security, helping define the security model, governance, standards and controls required to support a large, complex and highly regulated enterprise environment.
? Robust Workday Security experience, including architecture/design responsibilities
? Multiple years of Workday experience, including end-to-end implementations
? Deep understanding of Workday security architecture, including domain and business process security, security groups and role-based access
? Experience designing and governing scalable Workday security models across complex enterprise environments
? Strong understanding of security governance, access controls and segregation of duties
? Experience working across Workday HCM and Payroll environments
? Large enterprise Workday implementation experience – 50,000+ employees ideally
? Strong stakeholder management and ability to collaborate across Workday functional, technical, integration, data, security, SI and enterprise technology teams
