We are searching for a MasterCam CNC Programmer to join our team. Bring your mechanical knowledge and CNC programming skills to optimize machining operations.

Candidates should have over five years of experience in CNC programming, particularly with MasterCam X4/2026. Your role will involve creating accurate programs, interpreting blueprints, and collaborating with operators to enhance productivity. Understanding of HAAS controls and CAD software like SolidWorks is a must for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and write CNC programs for 5-Axis HAAS machines
• Interpret technical specifications and blueprints accurately
• Work with operators to refine tool paths and machining parameters




• Choose the right cutting tools and fixtures for tasks
• Help implement process improvements in lean manufacturing

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of CNC programming experience
• Mechanical knowledge of machining principles and tools
• Familiarity with HAAS control systems for milling
• Ability to read CAD files, especially SolidWorks
• Strong skills in basic math for machining calculations
