This role requires a hands-on approach to overseeing maintenance contracts for roads, signs, and more during the winter season. You’ll provide leadership to junior staff and ensure compliance with safety protocols. The position blends fieldwork with administrative duties, contributing to both safety and public relations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform supervising duties during winter maintenance
• Plan daily work in collaboration with the Patrol Supervisor
• Conduct quality checks on contractor work for compliance
• Maintain essential documentation for equipment and operations
• Liaise with public and government entities as required

Requirements:
• High School Diploma required
• At least three years in related outdoor maintenance
• Valid Ontario Class “DZ” Driver’s License is mandatory
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and record-keeping
• Solid analytical and compliance skills needed
