Pay Rate: $38,000 + Bonus

Responsibilities:

Processall warranty claims using Dealership Management System (DMS)

Maintainall deadlines for claims submissions and related paperwork

Authorizeclaim eligibility

Trackback order parts in coordination with the Parts Department

Assignrepair orders and jobs to Technicians

Ensurethat each repair order is fully and appropriately documented with thecomplaint, cause and appropriate attention

Maintaina detailed and up-to-date log of the repairs

Telephonecommunications and reception





Welcomecustomers visiting the Dealership showroom and inquire as to the purposeof their visit

Vehiclelicensing and administration

Participatein dealer trade; prepare information for pick-up and collectreceipts/payments

Participatein administrative tasks

Qualifications:

Excellentwritten and oral communication skills

Strongcomputer and telephone skills

Knowledgeof mechanical/vehicle body repair

Strongmultitasking and organizational skills

Abilityto take ownership of problems with a positive attitude and bring them tocompletion

Abilityto remain calm and focused under all circumstances to deliver exceptionalservice to customers

ValidOntario driver's license with 3+ years of driving experience
