Key Responsibilities:
• Follow verbal instructions for effective work assignments
• Prepare forms and assist in concrete placing procedures
• Handle materials and products throughout the facility
• Support machine operations and assist with equipment maintenance
• Participate in discussions during daily Pre-Production meetings

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent education necessary
• Prior experience in a production line is preferred
• Must lift 50 lbs and engage in physical labor
• Excellent safety practices and teamwork skills
• Availability for shifts and overtime as needed
