Key Responsibilities:
• Create a cohesive global policy for leave programs
• Benchmark against leading market standards for best practices
• Oversee parental and disability leave program designs
• Partner with legal and payroll for compliance validation




• Develop user-friendly resources and training materials

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in global benefits management
• In-depth knowledge of leave regulations across North America and Europe
• Proven track record in managing complex projects
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
