Melfort and District Curling Club seeks an Ice Maker to maintain ice quality throughout the season. Working in a six-sheet facility, the Technician will focus on ensuring prime conditions for leagues, youth programs, and special events. Applicants are encouraged to possess some experience, with training available through the Club, making this a perfect chance for motivated individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install and remove curling ice as needed
• Flood and pebble the ice to meet standards
• Ensure conditions are consistent across all sheets




• Prepare ice for various scheduled draws
• Maintain and operate ice-making equipment

Requirements:
• Participation in curling is a strong asset
• Previous experience in ice making is advantageous
• Willingness to undergo Club-funded technician training
• Ability to work independently on physical tasks
• Clean Criminal Record Check including Vulnerable Sector Check
