Key Responsibilities:
• Be the technical support voice for O'Dell products
• Conduct startups and commissioning of HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot technical issues via phone or in-person
• Collaborate with Sales on product integration
• Assist in managing warranty claims process

Requirements:
• 313A Refrigeration Mechanic and G1 Gas Technician license
• 3-5 years of commercial HVAC service experience
• Positive standing with Ontario College of Trades
• Valid G-class driver’s license
• Comply with physical requirements of the job
