The Reliability Engineer will report to the asset manager and will focus on maintaining and improving the performance and safety of critical production assets. Using your skills in maintenance optimization and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), you will implement strategies ensuring high equipment uptime. Your collaboration with operations and maintenance teams will help reinforce Aquatera's commitment to environmental excellence in Alberta.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote safety culture through inspections and audits
• Lead best practices in maintenance and reliability
• Monitor reliability analytics and establish KPIs
• Drive root cause failure analysis investigations
• Implement predictive maintenance and condition-monitoring programs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline
• At least three years in roles related to reliability engineering
• Familiarity with CMMS and engineering methodologies
• Professional certifications in reliability or project management are beneficial
• Robust cross-department collaboration skills
