Assist students in Fort St. James as a Casual Learning Support Worker with School District No. 91. This role provides variable hours focused on educational support and advocacy.
School District No. 91 (Nechako Lakes) is actively hiring Casual Learning Support Workers to support diverse student needs. This role involves working closely with educational staff to deliver tailored programs and support. Successful candidates will need the relevant certifications and a positive driving record.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with educators to support student needs
• Assist with delivery of education programs for students
• Advocate for students within school teams
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 (Dogwood Certificate)
• Education Assistant Certificate completion necessary
• At least 6 months experience with children/youth with disabilities
• Valid BC Class 5 Driver's License with clean record
• WHMIS 2015 Certificate and knowledge of safety protocols
