Join the dedicated team at 360°kids as a Part-Time Overnight Youth Worker in Markham, ON. Support vulnerable youth every weekend from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM through mentoring and crisis management.
In this key role within the HOPE Program, you'll provide individualized support to youth impacted by trafficking. 360°kids has over 35 years of experience in improving lives through cutting-edge programs. You will leverage your skills in crisis intervention and youth counseling as you help navigate their journey toward safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess youth needs and establish individualized goals
• Facilitate life skills sessions tailored to youth
• Provide counseling and crisis support using trauma-informed care
• Advocate for access to community resources and housing
• Maintain thorough documentation of interactions and case developments
Requirements:
• CYW Diploma/Degree or equivalent training
• Experience with vulnerable populations preferred
• Valid G driver's license and vehicle for work
• Current first aid/CPR certification required
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
