In this critical role, you will lead the Controls Engineering team responsible for programming and supporting advanced control systems tailored for mobile and industrial applications. Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the Controls department’s project initiatives
• Mentor engineers and co-op students for growth opportunities
• Partner with Product Management on strategic projects




• Create and manage software for control systems
• Provide engineering support for mechanical design teams

Requirements:
• Over 5 years in Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering
• At least 5 years in a leadership capacity
• Expertise in CODESYS, DeviceNet, and similar platforms
• Understanding fluid dynamics and control methods
• Familiar with hydraulic systems and OEM settings
