This full-time position entails working within process control systems to maintain compliance with industry standards. Your role involves troubleshooting complex instrumentation failures while adhering to safety and GMP regulations. Collaborate effectively with various departments for effective plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Calibrate sensors and control valves to maintain system integrity
• Execute troubleshooting for electrical and electronic systems
• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance initiatives
• Install and commission new control systems as needed
• Maintain accurate maintenance and calibration records
Requirements:
• Associates degree or technical training in instrumentation
• At least 1 year of relevant manufacturing experience
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities with a focus on control systems
• Proficiency in interpreting P&IDs; and schematics
• Familiarity with CMMS and calibration tools
