Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main contact for the regional office
• Create and maintain effective filing systems
• Arrange and coordinate meetings, both virtual and in-person
• Assist community members with cultural programming initiatives
• Report on various administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
• Experience in administrative or related roles is preferred
• High school diploma with relevant technical skills
• Valid Saskatchewan driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Commitment to occasional evening or weekend work
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
