As a Maintenance Technician, you will tackle various repair tasks, including plumbing and electrical maintenance, processing repairs in occupied units, and ensuring all appliances function correctly. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform plumbing and electrical maintenance in apartment units
• Clean and care for common areas including elevators and hallways
• Complete inspections and repairs in vacant apartments




• Operate power tools safely for various maintenance roles
• Record maintenance activities and log hours accurately

Requirements:
• Minimum two years’ experience in residential or commercial maintenance
• Relevant post-secondary education preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Capable of lifting 50lbs and performing strenuous tasks
