Step up as a Community Member Representative with the Community Consultative Group. This position serves as a bridge for community policing priorities and public safety.

The group is seeking 2-3 members from diverse backgrounds and ages to facilitate discussions with Indigenous Policing Service officers. Your role will be crucial in addressing community concerns and ensuring effective policing services. Representatives will be tasked with being informed advocates for their community interests.

Key Responsibilities:
• Attend all committee meetings regularly
• Prepare by reviewing relevant reports and materials
• Engage respectfully in committee decisions
• Familiarize with the group's functions and mission
• Adhere to conflict of interest guidelines and policies

Requirements:
• All ages are welcome to apply
• Willingness to complete a Criminal Record Check if required
• Robust interest in community safety priorities
• Ability to communicate effectively with Indigenous Policing
• Commitment to support community and policing collaboration
