As a Coordinator, you will be instrumental in assisting the Associate Director by managing logistical aspects of committee operations and maintaining vital records. This role requires effective communication and an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Candidates with proficiency in Microsoft Office will find this position rewarding as you engage in essential organizational activities across Edmonton and Calgary.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate logistics for committee meetings and travel
• Maintain and prepare comprehensive meeting documentation




• Oversee volunteer orientation and recognition
• Manage records of committee decisions and policies
• Provide reception support as required

Requirements:
• Minimum of two years office experience required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Sharepoint and database management is beneficial
• A keen interest in technology is an asset
